Shipping & Returns

We designed this policy to be clear and customer-first. If anything feels unclear, our team is here to help.


Shipping (United States)

  • Free shipping on all orders (USA): Sent via USPS Express.
  • Processing speed: Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. Orders after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
  • Transit time: Typically overnight–2 business days to most U.S. addresses.
  • Quality check: Every item is inspected, tested (where applicable), and securely packed before dispatch.
  • Tracking: A tracking link is emailed/SMS’d as soon as your label is created. You can also track in your account page.
  • Signature & insurance: Orders $200+ may require signature on delivery for your protection.
  • Address changes: If you made a typo, contact us immediately—once a label is printed we’ll try to intercept, but we can’t guarantee edits after dispatch.
  • PO Boxes / APO/FPO: We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS.
  • Weather & carrier delays: Rare but possible. We’ll proactively help if a delay occurs.
Lost / Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, please:

  1. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).
  2. Check with neighbors, building staff, and alternate entrances.
  3. Contact us at support within 3 days of the scan.

We’ll help open a carrier trace. As a courtesy, we may offer a one-time replacement or store credit after the investigation, at our discretion.


Easy 30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If not, return it within 30 days of delivery in original condition for an exchange or refund.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date.
  • Condition: Unused, with original packaging/accessories/tags. Light try-on is okay where applicable.
  • Exchanges: Free exchanges for size/color (subject to stock).
  • Return shipping: We provide a prepaid USPS label for most U.S. returns.
  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method 3–5 business days after the return is delivered and inspected.
  • Non-returnable: Final sale items, gift cards, opened hygiene items, and items marked non-returnable on the product page.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to cancel or edit an order? Contact us within 30 minutes of checkout. We ship quickly; after a label is created, changes might not be possible.
